2. About JK Service Centre
JK Service Centre is an independent, multi-brand home appliance repair service operating in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are not an authorised service centre for any appliance manufacturer. Our technicians are trained to repair appliances across a wide range of brands on a third-party basis.
3. Service Scope
- We provide doorstep repair and maintenance for washing machines, refrigerators, and microwave ovens.
- Service is available across Ahmedabad and surrounding localities.
- Repair estimates are provided after on-site diagnosis. Final charges may vary based on actual fault.
- We reserve the right to decline a service request if the appliance is beyond economical repair.
4. Booking & Appointments
- Bookings can be placed via phone call or WhatsApp.
- A technician visit will be scheduled within the communicated time window (typically 60–90 minutes).
- JK Service Centre is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations made less than 1 hour before a confirmed appointment may incur a nominal rescheduling fee.
5. Pricing & Payments
- All prices quoted are inclusive of labour unless stated otherwise.
- Spare parts, if required, are charged separately at market rates.
- Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
- Estimates provided before repair are indicative. Written approval will be sought before any additional work is carried out.
6. Warranty
- All completed repairs carry a 90-day warranty on parts supplied and labour performed by us.
- The warranty is void if the appliance is tampered with by a third party after our service, subjected to physical damage, power surges, or misuse.
- Warranty covers the specific fault repaired and does not cover unrelated faults or new issues.
7. Limitation of Liability
JK Service Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the repaired appliance. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair service in question.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- The customer must ensure a safe and accessible working environment for the technician.
- Accurate information about the appliance and its fault must be provided at the time of booking.
- An adult (18+) must be present at the premises during the service visit.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of JK Service Centre unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without prior written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
JK Service Centre reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
